Who I Am?
Hey, I’m Mohammad Sadegh Khademi — a Cloud & DevOps Engineer who made the leap from networking to infrastructure automation, and I’m still loving every moment of this evolving journey.
I started out with a degree in Computer Science and a fascination for computer networks. That curiosity led me into Cisco courses and certifications, eventually landing me my first role as a networking engineer. Over the next five years, I worked as a network engineer across different organizations, building, configuring, and troubleshooting networks on a large scale.
But something else started pulling me in: automation, cloud, and the DevOps mindset. The idea of building scalable infrastructure, automating tedious tasks, and solving problems with code was too exciting to ignore. So I leaned in—spending late nights learning Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform.
Fast forward to today, I’ve worked on everything from containerized deployments and cloud migrations to designing high-availability systems on AWS and GCP. I’ve built CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, monitored systems with Prometheus and Grafana, and mentored engineers along the way.
I believe DevOps isn’t just about tools—it’s about continuously learning, solving real-world problems, and building resilient, efficient systems. Every company, every team, and every project brings new challenges and new ways to grow.
Now based in Gothenburg, Sweden, I continue my journey as a Cloud and DevOps Engineer and share my thoughts, lessons, and projects here on NotSoStatic.
